lots of things changed..

light will cast a bit futher than what gunmod intended. heavy tweaking to the custom lights and the game ones.

llights are a bit balanced out .. could be a good thing or a bad thing???

I need to create new profiles for lights that really don't need that much lighting like that orb thing ... or candles.. :D but i can't do this while in game as it just done'st work even when the cheat is active to clear it :(

balance with how lights are casted on objects vs. on walls and floors. depends on the lights themselfs look based on my judgement on how strong they should be.

it was not using the Gunmod's normal sidelight settings maxis default  ... based on HP seasons light change.

i've removed the include lotlights which was the reason it was directed to the old one..... arrRGGGG trying right now to use bleeding shadow instead of the sharp ones. and enable bumping outside and inside

-seasons will have a different lighting color, close to the defaults. Sun will have different angles one for winter fall and summer spring.

really need to FINE TUNE!!! each light. not sure what to do aout the windows as they seem to have a unbalanced nature to instanty and diffusiton

information that you may need to re buy lights that have no paractacal lighing seems to only affect non neighboorhood lots
most of the over lighting problems may have been resloved to a degree as realsisticly they will have that light flash if too many was in an area.

wall lights will lose their paritacal lighting if walls were down when you switch at a level where its is located at. this is unavidable. you can simply up the walls up and back down to have it back again. will also work if view is on next level.

very important change to h0w lighting is done. smoother and better shadow casting. fixed a lot of door arches and glass ones
using incorrect stuff. another important is remove of overwrites from the stuff and exp packs. overwritten RLS stuff

gunmod apprently was unable to finish the dance lights as there are settings for them but they were not changed for color. i've finished them up

CAS_lighting is the lighting effects while cas_lights is the lights used
lightrig, lotlights is the default stuff and now unused
rlsa-ep3 lights sp1 lights RLS-dD-BON ect. are the exp and stuff pack lights portals. tell what lights to use and type
RLS_*type*_Lights are also tell what the "default" lights and portals to use and type
dance wattage ect. tell what type to use for speictic type of light (speical)
customlights 1 and 2 are the lighting type. how power ful it will be and will conly be affecting objects while color will be affecting diffustion

after looking at some preview pics of AL it seem that im going to have to check out doors as they now seem to merge with ones next to each other. ceiling???? so no more light leakage???!!!!
